Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases of Olon Intelligence, operated by Olon Media LP (Greek legal entity Olon Media Ε.Ε., VAT/ΑΦΜ EL802577578, Greece). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar (Polar Software, Inc.); refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing billing@olon.media. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Monthly subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable for the current period, except as required by law or where the Service was materially unavailable through our fault.
- If you are charged in error or experience a billing problem, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.
One-time reports (Show Intelligence Audit)
- A one-time audit is a bespoke digital report prepared for you. If you have not yet received the report, you may cancel for a full refund.
- Once the report has been delivered, the order is generally non-refundable, as the digital service has been performed — but if the delivered report is materially defective or not as described, contact us and we will correct it or refund it.
Consumer right of withdrawal (EU)
Where you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because our reports and feeds are digital content/services supplied immediately, by purchasing and starting to use them you may be asked to acknowledge that supply begins at once and that the withdrawal right ends once supply has begun. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
How to request
Email billing@olon.media with your order details. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Polar.
