Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Olon Intelligence service, websites, applications, and reports (together, the "Service"), operated by Olon Media LP (Greek legal entity Olon Media Ε.Ε., VAT/ΑΦΜ EL802577578, Greece) ("Olon", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Olon Intelligence provides broadcast-intelligence: we transcribe radio and television broadcasts and produce analytical reports and feeds (narrative analysis, claim tracking, named-entity and relationship mapping, and political-spectrum positioning). The Service is provided on a subscription basis and as one-time reports, in the tiers and at the prices shown at olon.media/#pricing.
2. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Polar (Polar Software, Inc.). Polar handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes (including EU VAT), and Polar's Terms and Privacy Policy also apply to the purchase. Prices are in euro (EUR) and shown inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. You must be acting on behalf of a business or be at least 18 years old.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the reports or feed in bulk without our written agreement; not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or API; and to use the Service in compliance with applicable law. Intelligence outputs are analytical interpretations of source broadcasts and are provided for your internal decision-making — they are not legal, financial, or journalistic advice and may contain errors or omissions.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and the structure and presentation of our reports are owned by Olon. Subject to these Terms and payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the reports and feed for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olon's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including consumer law where it applies).
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your account data.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the site, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
